"Females Earning Money".

Ladies stand up! FEM (Females Earning Money), the all female supergroup consisting of Lady Luck, former Da Band member Babs and the west coast’s own Rage, just dropped their debut mixtape: Set It Off – The F.E.M edition.
The mixtape, hosted and arranged by DJ Doo Wop and Shadyville DJ’s pays “homage to real Hip-Hop” and will feature FEM’d remixes to some new school hits and classic bangers like “Grindin” by The Clipse, Camp-Lo’s “Luchini” and Mobb Deep’s “Shook Ones.”
The collective of industry vets was established earlier this year by former female lyricist Uneek and former Yo! MTV Raps host, Ed Lover. Uneek discussed the motive behind the formation of the group saying: “Men do it all the time and now it’s our time to stand up, stand together and make some money. FEM gives these talented women an opportunity to come together as a movement to show the power that we have when we work as a team.”
The album will also feature guest spots by fellow female MCs Rah Digga, Bahamadia, Hedonis da Amazon and from VH1’s Miss Rap Supreme, Reece Steele.
